Elon Musk, who leads President Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, took center stage at the administration’s first cabinet meeting. Musk called his email directive to federal workers to send five accomplishments from last week a “pulse check.” President Trump also said Ukraine’s president Zelenskyy will visit the White House on Friday to sign a deal on rare earth minerals.
